PARKING HINTS:
For
all locations: DO NOT leave anything
valuable in your car!!!
For
downtown venues (Freight, Civic Center Park, Jupiter): Metered street parking until 6pm (enforced
right up to 6pm). Paid parking available
in Center St Garage (enter from Addison, next to Freight) & Allston Way
Garage (enter from Center) - You can also find free on-street parking (2 hour
limit Monday-Friday until 6pm) in residential areas below Martin Luther King and
north of University.
Additional
parking and transportation advice at http://www.freightandsalvage.org/directions
and
At
Ashkenaz: free parking across the street
in the REI lot
At
Marxist library: on street parking
At UC
Berkeley: parking very very difficult to
find - look for on-street parking, or try one of the garages, or park in
residential areas (south of Dwight) and have a pleasant short walk. Note:
residential areas near UC all have 2 hour parking restriction on
weekdays, which should be sufficient for attending the panel discussion.
